Characters
Ester/Rachelle:
Beautiful, clever, and intuitive, she belongs to the category of people who can enflame one’s imagination. A busy modern professional and her 16th century counterpart, both in their special, haunting way, bring forward overpowering, passionate emotions, mystery and timelessness.
Anthony/Jacob:
Virtuoso violinist, modern composer of original pieces of unique melodic content and 16th century scholar. Complex men, who hide an inner volcano. They are ambitious, driven, impatient and carry a permanent melancholy in their hearts, epitomizing in this manner the eternal struggle and life-long search for success, a soulmate and peace of mind and heart. Through their journey to spirituality and attunement to the world which surrounds them, they offer complex, powerful and unforgettable images.
Marie:
Wise beyond her age, clairvoyant and emphatic, the little girl brings an important note of originality and intense emotion to the saga. She brings forward in a powerful manner the idea of timelessness and of the continuous wheel of love and life.
The Old Man:
